Surestay Hotel By Best Western Clermont Theme Park West Kissimmee, Kissimmee

The hotel's location was good, close to various restaurants and with recent renovations, but situated behind a tattoo/piercing shop which gave a sketchy first impression. The rooms were updated, spacious, and very clean, offering a pleasant stay. While the dining was somewhat underwhelming with limited options, the service provided was outstanding, characterized by friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable staff.

The hotel is conveniently located near Disney World and close to many amenities and restaurants. The service provided was efficient and pleasant, with staff praised for their friendly manners. However, the location may not be ideal for some as it is a bit farther from Disney compared to other hotels, and it's situated behind a strip mall and tattoo shop.

The hotel had rooms that were adequate for our needs, despite a bit of a smell, and the location was convenient for attractions although getting there required some effort. The service was friendly but needed supervision for food quality. The dining experience was below expectations, offering only grab-and-go items. The hotel was close to restaurants and stores, although the exterior access doors were a drawback.

The hotel offered rooms that were extremely clean and up to date featuring 2 queen beds near Disney World, but unfortunately, the smell was very bad. The service was exceptional, with staff being super friendly and helpful. The location was a little precarious, being behind a strip mall and a tattoo shop; however, it was still close to various restaurants and within a reasonable distance to Disney. The dining experience was sufficient but could have been better. Overall, a great value for the money.
